A message takes to the open road: The GIRLS WANTED container

The container is a universal symbol for work, movement, and change: for artist Lena Lapschina, it also became a vehicle for feminist propaganda. What began as a Niederstätter artcontainer installation and showroom for the SHER workwear collection for women in construction has now become the flagship of our movement.

The GIRLS WANTED container is a space for open dialogue, events, and workshops that are centred around topics of diversity and inclusion. With its red neon-lit lettering, the container asserts itself as a beacon of visual poetry, statement, and call to action.

This powerful message is spread across Europe as the container travels to new destinations, becoming a meeting place where ideas, experiences, and visions come together.

Any company or organization can rent the GIRLS WANTED container, turn it into a meeting place for their own community, and in doing so become an ambassador of the Talent over Gender philosophy.
